"Beautiful, unique hotel in downtown Springfield, MO. We have stayed here many times for weekend getaways and itโ€™s always wonderful. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend the on site restaurant/bar at front of hotel and also the rooftop lounge. We will be back soon!!"

"This is our 4th time to stay there within 3 months. We get frustrated because we stay multiple days and even though we put our cleaning sign out our room NEVER gets cleaned. We even had to ask the desk for toilet paper and towels and I told them our room never gets cleaned and they just said sorry. Today I officially complained and they said their hotel policy is to clean only when requested at the front desk. That is posted NOWHERE!!!! Why even bother giving us the do not disturb or makeup room sign then?!? We will stay here agin because itโ€™s the closest hotel to our son who lives on MSU campus but frustrated that itโ€™s hard to get your room clean or fresh towels for a 5-6 day stay!!!!"
