All the amenities you could need in the cabin, very clean and check in was easy and stress free. Great communication from host too. "Lovely rooms - really clean and the interior and decor was perfect and modern, loved the finished in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, definitely book in advance for dinner in the evenings as it gets very busy (for a good reason as the food was nice!). We did not book and whilst they kindly fit us in, it was a very long wait for food and drinks. Waiting staff were absolutely lovely but it does take a long time to get served at times, even during the day when it was quieter. Food was tasty though, authentic mountain Montegren options and the breakfast was outstanding, great range. Staff were very accommodating when we had food poisoning and had to stay an extra night, they were really excellent and understanding when we explained our circumstances and just wanted some simple food to order to the room - they were quick with that request. Location wise, it’s only 20 minute walk to Zagreb but it is on quite a busy road so views weren’t as gorgeous as other hotels but still only 20 minutes drive from Durmitor national Park and Blake Lake."

"We had high expectations (having read other reviews) and weren’t disappointed. It was a warm and welcoming hotel with very friendly staff who were keen to help and very smiley! Our apartment was huge and more than adequate for the 5 of us. We enjoyed use of the sauna several times during our stay and really liked the fresh ingredients at breakfast. Being in a country where we don’t speak the language it was great that the staff had an adequate grasp of English to answer our queries."

"Brilliant experience, with very helpful and responsive host (on Whats app) who was able to help with everything. Helped sort out a Tara River trip as well. Great accommodation with perfect location for visiting the beautiful Dormitor Mountains for our short trip. Even had a lovely local dog who visited us every morning our boys fell in love with Fully recommend :)"

"The lodges are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is out of this world! There was nothing nicer than waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the cool air looking at the mountain range, and at night enjoying a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset! The lodges are clean, cozy and have everything you will need! The host is very communative and happy to help with any questions that came up! It took us only about 10-15 minutes to drive into the town where there are many bars and restaurants! There is also a few supermarkets so we stocked up on what we needed to cook a lot of breakfast and dinners ourselves in the lodge, to allow us to have more time enjoying the beautiful scenery! I would highly recommend this accommodation and if we are ever back in the area will always return to this location!"
