"This property has everything you need for a great stay. It is spacious, comfortable furniture including an excellent bed. The undercover parking is right at your door. It was clean and quiet which the reason it is our choice to stay each time we visit Port Douglas."

"Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel with no housekeeping, where I was even asked to take out the trash when leaving. If the hotel had been budget-friendly, I might have understood—but given the price, this is completely ridiculous. The hotel was about 80% empty. After staying 4 days, we had to leave at 4 a.m. due to a car glitch—and had to carry our trash bags ourselves because there were no elevators to the garage. This experience was unacceptable and very frustrating."

"Quite disappointed. The hotel in general was pleasant. But the pool area wasn’t kept clean every day & there was tissues left for three days & not swept away. Our room wasn’t swept each day as we would return to find the same rubbish on the floor after a clean. Bathroom taps not cleaned off & toilet not cleaned & flushed. But bed very comfortable & breakfast very nice! "
