Once you step out of the room, the quality decline becomes obvious. Every amenity & feature that once made this hotel a premier choice now feels like an afterthought. Extended wait for tables while looking out over half-empty dining rooms is not just an inconvenience; it is a signal of poor management and a lack of adequate staffing. The attitude of the hostess at the Brazilian steakhouse was something to be greatly desired, greatly.
It's disheartening to see such decline of what used to be a guest-oriented establishment. It's lost its edge, and it's no longer holding itself to the high standard for which it was once known.
