"We arrived very late at night and received very clear instructions regarding how to get access to the building. Parking was well reserved as per early arrangement. Breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed staying there."

"Excellent stay and quite spacious! Rita was an amazing host, and her breakfast was quite filling. I’ll be going back for a cooking class! This location is also very quiet and private, which I appreciated."

"We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with an easy walk into the historic centre while still being in a quieter area. Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca."

"Lovely stay at Versilia Lido UNA Esperienze for 5 nights!
The property is spacious and has a relaxed resort atmosphere. We were kindly upgraded to a large one bedroom apartment with a dining area balcony, which gave us plenty of space and we cooked in the apartment almost 5 nights stayed.
One feature we really appreciated was the in room washing machine with a built-in dryer. When you are travelling for a longer period, having laundry facilities inside the apartment is incredibly convenient and makes a big difference.
The staff were one of the strongest points of the hotel. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, and Federica at the front desk deserves a special mention. She was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, and made us feel very well looked after from the moment we arrived.
Breakfast was also very good, with fresh juices, a generous selection and plenty of healthier options. It felt fresh, well organized and more varied than many hotel breakfasts we experienced during our trip.
The location is particularly convenient if you are travelling by car. Free parking is available within the resort, and there is a large supermarket only about four minutes away by car. Since our apartment included a kitchen, we appreciated being able to buy fresh ingredients and prepare some meals ourselves.
Overall, the hotel feels bright, sunny and easygoing, with a friendly atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to return to at the end of the day."
"staff at reception not too informative.
At the time of my stay the pool access was restricted to entry via shower. So in theory it was not possible to leave your belongings on the pool side unless getting wet.
Crafty guests would remove the restricting barrier and enter the pool side.
Same goes for apparently compulsory swimming cap that needs to be purchased at the reception for 4 Euro. As pool is unattended and unchecked anybody can get in without the cap."
"I really liked this hotel. It’s near a bus stop and near a railway station (San Rossore). It’s just outside the city walls, with useful amenities (small supermarket, McDs, cafes) right outside. It felt really secure because you either need to buzz or use a key to get in. In less than a minute of leaving the hotel you walk through the gate of the city walls and are at the Piazza dei Miracoli complex. My room was smallish but lovely, with a side window that you could see the roof of the basilica from! As someone who nearly always ends up with a view of a car park this was so nice! Staff were lovely, looking after my bags when I arrived early and helping me with airport transfer info. Would definitely stay again."
"Lovely staff always there to help, great breakfast , large selection to choose from, great breakfast staff too, very close to train station and only 20 minute walk to the tower"
"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre.
Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!!
Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service.
As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."
"The hotel was exactly what we wanted - close to the airport, and also close to the train station.
Rooms were well maintained and the breakfast was good too."
