"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. "We had such an amazing stay here! It is a small, cute hotel with the most lovely owners. Right beside the Church of the Nativity. Homemade breakfast every day and they also help with special needs adults. We just had the most lovely time and can't wait to return! "

And that’s really what it is The site is dirty old and have trash every where The rooms smell and dirty Sketchy figures every where making it very unsafe Pool didn’t work any of the days we were there and I see from other reviews it a salt never work No food options at all . We didn’t have dinner or breakfast is this 5 star resort . Total scam and horrible experience "
