Nogent-le-Phaye Holiday Rentals

"The property was undergoing a refurbishment which left the stairs and hallway to the rooms very poor looking (oddly this wasn't mentioned at check in so I got a surprise when I went to the stairs and hallway to my room, so much so I wondered if I had walked to an area that was closed off). Inside the room was small but clean and had the all the basics covered. My main issue with the room was the walls are clearly not very sound proof and I could hear my neighbours and people in the hallway VERY clearly, it felt as if someone was in my room at points such was the clarity I could hear their TV and bathroom activities with such clarity. The breakfast was again basic but nice, no complaints. I did not have a full meal in the restaurant but but the small plate I had was tasty and the service good. The pool and sauna are small but quite adequate for a quick dip and short sauna, at least these parts were free to use for guests. I did not use the spa services. Parking is adequate and free. Close to the train station and easily walkable to supermarkets around the corner, the town is a little further away but short drive and medium walk is all. "

"Clean and convenient with ample parking. However, not surfaces for more than one piece of luggage, no hand towels - two ratty bath towel's,hairdryer on request. Dorm like accommodations and 5/10 breakfast. But very clean and friendly staff. "
