"What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior.

"Great premises and killer staff, but the real kicker is the proximity to the loveliest beach in town. A 30 second walk, and you find yourself in this volcanic creek with gorgeous views of the bay. They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. "Very nice hotel in downtown Cap d’agde. The room was clean and nice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. My only issue was the WiFi. I was at the back of the hotel and had very spotty WiFi and sometimes it didn’t work. I brought this up with the staff and they said you have to enter a new password every day. Seems strange!
