"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"We have stayed at EB while in Quito previously -- they never disappoint! EB's Staff goes out of their way to be helpful and considerate. The rooms are spacious and well appointed-- always very clean and comfortable. The fact that there is little turn-over in staff speaks volumes, too.
