Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The only thing I'd say is that it was more than the 12 minute walk to beach it was more like 30 minutes therefore a rental car is necessary.

The place was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils/supplies. The hosts were responsive to any requests we had. My kids enjoyed the pool tremendously; my youngest child even learned how to swim there! (Can't guarantee your child will achieve similar results though, lol!)

This condo and experience was amazing! We were close to so many things and was able to take a scooter back and forth to the strip or get a taxi when needed. The staff was so accommodating and even allowed us to have a slightly later checkup because we booked an excursion for the morning that we were leaving the island. Overall, I would love to come back and stay here and recommend to all my friends! Thank you for everything!

Very clean room. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dry in condo. Beach chairs, scuba masks, coolers in condo for use. Excellent price point. Gym on top floor with treadmills, exercise bikes and weights. Sitting areas on roof with great 360views. Recommend renting a car but taxis, electric razors/standup scooters are nearby. Beaches/ high rise hotels strip is walking distance.

Everything was great, clean towels and kitchen supplies provided the same day when requested. Condo kitchen was well equipped, we rented a smaller condo but there was still two bedrooms, two bathroom/showers, kitchen and area to sit plus a balcony. Great value, would recommend these modern hotel condos.

The apartment was absolutely incredible. It had everything we needed, was super clean, and the location was perfect. The staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. We were traveling with a little one and requested a crib, which was delivered quickly and without any issues — that made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. The rooftop was amazing, with beautiful views of the island. We loved being able to use the grill and the small gym, which was a great plus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families.

We’ve stayed at Bocobay properties before and particularly at this property in the past and we loved it the first time around. This time the property was not well maintained and the room was “spot” cleaned. I’m not sure why we are charged such a high cleaning fee when the bathroom sink was backed up and we had to call them to fix it, shower had poor water flow and was filthy- we wound up cleaning ourselves. The mattress was paper thin and I have backaches from it. The communication was extremely up to par and they did try to go out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. While I would’ve wanted nothing more than to not deal with lack of beach chairs, and some issues stated above…I’m hoping this was a one off and bocobay will add some extra effort into their properties. Overall, outdated room but manageable. Parking on site was comfortable and location was nice.

Very clean and well equipped including Beach chairs! full kitchen appliances, One thing wrong was the blinds in the bedroom and the living room seral verticals were broken off and missing. We did notify management but they were unable to fix them on time. Overall, excellent condo though and we enjoyed our stay
