Property was super clean, beds were very comfortable. Unit is super close to great snorkeling beaches - 5 to 7 minute drives to Boca Catalina and Arashi. Communication was great. Always had quick responses. The cooler provided was a nice touch. Beach chairs were provided but these could definitely use an upgrade. They were a little rusty and dirty.

When we got to the Bocobay Gold Coast and opened the door, there was a strong, overwhelming smell of poop!! There was a roach in the downstairs bathroom and a little bit of poop still in the toilet upstairs! The air conditioner did nothing for the over 90 degree heat that day. I am giving them 2 stars because….when I called Bocobay and spoke to Ivy, she took care of us right away. Communication was good throughout. We were moved to one of their other properties – Bocobay Aracari. Our suite at the Aracari (I highly recommend) was significantly better, comfortable, quiet, and we enjoyed our stay there. But never again at the Bocobay Gold Coast.

I really loved staying at Gold Coast with my family. It is safe place, clean and staff at Bocobay was very helpful and accommodating. Is preferable if you rent a car to get around the island. The property has club house and a restaurant which you will enjoy as is next to the pool.

Great family location but you need a car to move around. There's a restaurant on property which is good but to get to shopping area a car is a must. Property is indeed a condo setting something like Westgate if you ever been there. I would choose this location again.

Very clean apartment

I and my partner had a great time here. Communication was very smooth, they attended to us promptly. Our suite was very clean with nice bathroom. Fully equipped with laundry, kitchen, dishwasher, beach chairs, tv in bedroom and living room. Absolutely loved that they put a lot of effort into furnishing. Totally recommend!!

We were so pleased with our stay and the communication from Bocobay Gold Coast. It was convenient to have a kitchen and laundry in unit. We rented a vehicle so we didn't have to be inconvenienced by taking taxis and it was a wise decision. Every day we explored a new part of the island and then came back to a clean apartment. The communication from Bocobay representatives was top notch and when we needed more laundry detergent, it was a quick request on WhatsApp and magically appeared at our doorstep. We were overly impressed with everything. Thank you, Bocobay for making it an easy, communicative, comfortable, and clean experience. We are already planning to come back here for our next holiday.

We’ve stayed at the Gold Coast several times but it was our first time at bocobay. Beautiful brand new property but smelled moldy unfortunately. Still giving it a 5*

Nice area condo was beautiful designed . Pool was beautiful and clean kid had fun. Downside during check in we had to wait for maintenance to fix the air conditioners .During my stay there was constantly interruptions to do repairs which became very frustrating. Other than that it was very nice property.
