"Easily one of the best vacation spots. Everything you could possibly need is at this resort and all of the local shops and restaurants are within walking distance if you want to leave the resort. The buffet was great and had many options. The restaurants on the resort do not take reservations so many people will arrive a half an hour early to wait in line because they stop taking people after a certain time. We didn’t want to do this but it’s an option. Drinks were available at all times. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Pools were very clean. The beach was absolutely amazing. You do have to get out there early to get a palapa but I didn’t mind because I’m a morning person. (There were several older folks who would wake up at 5/6am to “reserve” them with their towels so if you want one close to the water I’d get out there early). Overall this was a great location and we had a very positive experience. We will 100% be coming back!!"

"Very clean, comfortable room and a fantastic pool with a swim-up bar. The staff were great. One of the only suggestions would be to let customers know that gratuity is automatically added when charging items at the pool bar to your room -- unless you want to give a larger tip."

"Everything was great, definitely want to go back. Wish there were more dinner options for the all inclusive, but the food was good, but. the pizza was terrible, need to find a better one. The bar stools were to low at both the Oceanview and Seabreaze(not sure if that was the name)."

"The property is in a prime spot with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is excellent and the staff on the beach could not be any more pleasant. Arturo was amazing, always wanting to find us the perfect spot. I will say, if you are older and past the party stage, avoid the Sea Tower… Mumba next door parties until 2am. The hotel moved us quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. All of the employees were so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
