"The Internet didn’t work two out of three nights staying there. I asked for a refund and they said I need to go through Expedia to initiate that process. They know that the Wi-Fi is an issue there and continue to rent out the rooms regardless. It’s really too bad, because the rooms are actually pretty decent for a motel that old. "

Doesn't seem right. Also they didn't notify me even though I was staying on premisis and had checked in for another room. "

"Check in was smooth and staff was kind. Location of hotel was unsafe and pictures of property online were overly enhanced compared to what you see in person. One out of our two rooms was not clean upon stay and we were unable to get ahold of staff to help until second day when cleaners came. Loud surroundings at night with people walking close to doors and testing whether doors were locked, felt unsafe to go to sleep. "
