"The heat in the home was off when we arrived late on a very cold (34 Fahrenheit) night, the space heaters provided were insufficient and slow to bring the temperature up. The instructions list loading the dishwasher, but we never found one. "The staff was friendly and quick. Room was nice. The only thing that needs to be improved is the ability to call the hotel directly. We tried to call for transport from the car rental building but we kept getting a line that took us to a central call center. We were never able to connect to the hotel directly. Had to call a member of our party still at the hotel to call for a ride for us."
