"The staff was very sweet and accommodating. Especially “Pony” the night desk clerk. My little niece didn’t have a toothbrush and he furnished her with one and toothpaste and mouthwash. The room was updated and clean and cool. It was reasonably priced and I’d stay there again for sure! "

She was very friendly and offered a cookie to my son, with permission beforehand of course. They even had the room set for my pooch with a soft slipcover on the couch. She put us on the first floor and close to an outside door which is extremely convenient when traveling with a toddler and a dog. The room was perfectly clean with ample amenities and a very comfortable bed with extra pillows! I could go on, but I am going to enjoy my night here thoroughly!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Chico! I have stayed in more hotels than I care to count and this by far beats them all and is very affordable! "
