"Impeccable. I wanted a nice upscale stay and the well known hotel with the garden was not super accommodating when I called them to reschedule my trip, in fact they were rude. "The place was fantastic, gorgeous and awesome. Location was great, just in the suburbs of Ponta Delgado. The accommodations were superb, we stayed in the family villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms... each bedroom was on opposite ends, and there was doors subdividing the area, for extra privacy. "Nice place and friendly owner. The pool seems hidden behind the owners house and we were never offered to use it (the pool was one of the reasons we chose the place so this was disappointing). Guard dogs were sweet but barked throughout the night so if you’re a light sleeper this could be an issue. But overall nice place. "

"The staff were wonderful. The facilities immaculate. The design in the rooms leaves something to be desired. Very small and dark /odd decor. Very clean, great sleeping conditions. Pools and sauna Devine. Breakfast was perfection. Dinner was inconsistent in quality. One of our best meals and one of our worst. Can’t say enough about the staff. So welcoming friendly and professional ."

Harmony place you are looking for

"Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. Also as we had an early flight we were on the island 9hrs prior to check in. Staff made our room available sooner as well we were able to buy breakfast that we didnt have originally arranged. The property is located in amazing Zen garden with pool, complete tranquility a privacy secured. It was a lovely stay."
