"I have a concern about booking. I was with a group with 3 rooms. We all booked separately. 2 rooms needed to be handicap accessible with 2 queen beds. We got 1 queen in one room with bars in the bathroom and 2 queens in the other with no bars. We really did need this for these specifications for these individuals and one member of our party fell in the show because there were no bars. The rest of the stay was fine but I have accessibility concerns."

"I was very excited to stay at this deluxe suite because we booked the room with the jacuzzi tub! Well once we got there, we were checked in, went upstairs and it was not the room we booked. I went downstairs to tell the front staff, also note while we were checking in the family before us came down and also said they were not put in the right room. All we were told was that those rooms were booked ( then why were they available to book online?) and then the excuse changed to the tub in the room “was just not working” “wasn’t getting hot enough” so that was very frustrating. I think I’m speaking for both of us because she didn’t tell either of us before checking in that we were not getting the rooms we booked and also was not straight with the storyline."
