"This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable."

I had booked it with Expedia, which was fine, but it took way too long to check in. The staff was staring at the computer and typing and clicking for at least 15 minutes just for me. Parking in the nearby public garage was $13/day. The hotel does not have its own garage, and no voucher was offered for free parking, so I had to pay $25 for valet parking. The location was good, within 10 minutes walking distance to the marina and cheap regular ferry trips across the river to other interesting historical sites."
