NOPE! Just keep on looking for a place. This motel was roughhhhh. I will say that the location is right on the beach, it had laundry, and the staff were super nice (maybe they knew what we were in for) but after that... yikes! Shady characters showing off their sound systems in the parking lot at midnight, weird domestic dispute with screaming and crying outside our door, dog barking, people banging on next room's door at 4am, just a bad scene. I felt like one of us should have been standing watch like in the zombie movies Room was dirty (hair, dirt, wear your flip flops, nasty floors) no soap or shampoo available, linens were weird. I have had cleaner showers in a truck stop and campsite. We aren't needy people and seek out budget friendly motels on the road, can deal with a lot of discomfort, This is next level.

The front desk staff was very polite. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed and the large front window looking in the room was cracked. Blankets were stained and it just didn’t feel very clean. The flooring was new looking though. We spent maybe about 20 minutes in the room before deciding we wanted to find another place to stay and just ate the cost of the stay.
