"Everything was great! When I arrived, they had me on a ground floor room even though I had specifically NOT chosen that option on Expedia. The staff at the front desk told me they would do what they could in a sold-out hotel. When I came back to check in, they had put me in a room on the top floor! They definitely exceeded my expectations. "
