"My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared ..."

"Really nice resort however there was not enough towels but there was dirty towels laying everywhere. They only restock the towels in the morning.
