"The property is very nice, super clean and and in an excellent location. Just steps away from great dinning and a 20 min walk (or 5 min drive) to beautiful Cavendish Beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating, catering to all our needs. We highly recommend this spot for a family or couples vacation."

"Clean basic hotel. The establishment is outdated, sound proofing is poor and the air conditioning window unit is loud. However, the bed is comfy, clean linen, and the AC unit works! Just need a place to sleep that's clean and budget friendly, this is it."

"This was a great spot! Rooms are updated with lovely decor. Lots of room and nice table with two chairs inside and two Adirondack chairs outside for us to use. Great location in North Rustico and close to Cavendish. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We truly enjoyed our family vacation. Your location, the pool and playground as well as the quiet family-friendly atmosphere made this a great place to stay. The daily towel exchange, friendly staff and extra available cooking utensils/pots made it easy to cook and eat family style for our 6 adult 5 kid group. Great value!"
