"I would say this is the nicest and best maintained Hampton inn I’ve ever seen. The lobby smells good, the rooms are clean and seem recently renovated. Very nice. There was one issue that irked me though. We were there for two nights and expected housekeeping to tidy the room, refresh towels, etc. When we returned from our day ,the day after check in, it was not cleaned and when I called they said they clean every other day. That wouldn't obviously apply to our stay since we were there Friday through Monday. When I called, the front desk sounded ever so slightly put out and said I could stop by the desk for towels. I asked that they bring them to the room and they did and were very nice but the whole thing seemed ridiculous. The pandemic is over, the hotel did not seem very full, and it seemed easy to just send in housekeeping for a quick refresh. Whatever but I decided it kept this from being a 5 star stay."

"We have stayed at Holiday Inn express before and enjoyed it very much however, this one reminded us of a super eight. There were people loitering outside the hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning. The lobby smelled like cigarettes and ammonia. The front desk manager was too flirty. Our room had a musty odor like stale bread. The beds look like they were not made up fresh so my wife laid a towel on the bed to sleep on. Not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn express For a mid priced hotel."

"The place shall have a physical pos terminal for payment. Which they don’t. It’s neither secure nor confidential to allow plastic details to whatever payment interface they’re using without informing where hotel enter it. Not good at all. I have internet transactions restriction and had problems while check-in. Please get a pos terminal not web upload!"

"Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The full-sized refrigerator and functional, well-stocked kitchen, attached sitting room, and separate bath/dressing areas make this feel like a full apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent stay."
