"I've probably never seen such a tidy, nicely smelling and absolutely neat and mint hotel room :-) Also the staff was extremely and un-Czechly nice: the couple of owners personally serving breakfast and being polite and courteous! Very easy access at late arrival. The only negative point: the hotel garden was locked, I would have liked to visit it..."

"We had a 2 days stay for 3 people and 1 infant . The apartment is huge nad can easily accomodate 6 adults . Having 2 bathrooms is really convenient . Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . "The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"
