Hotel has excellent bed and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was underwhelming. Also the pet fees are ridiculous. If you are a repeat customer or has a non shedding breed the fees should be reduced.

Everything was great except somehow our reservation was changed from a king bed to 2 queens ? Maggie, the receptionist found us a room with a king.

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the climate control was effective. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the shower was delightful, and the free breakfast was delicious.

The staff is so kind and went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Miss Maggie at the front desk was so personable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. We stayed at this Hampton Inn last year and this year as my daughter comes to New Brunswick for an annual Dance Competition. Miss Maggie spoke with my daughter about dance and her own goddaughter’s experience with dance, which made my daughter feel connected and special. What a wonderful ambassador for the Hampton Inn and Hilton corporation! Thank you so much!

I really enjoyed the staff, they were amazing and helpful. The facility was clean and quiet! There were many places that were in walking distance from restaurants to grocery stores, even Walmart. If ever I am in the New Brunswick area, I will be staying at the Hampton Inn.

Amazing experience
It was amazing experience of staying in the Hampton Inn. The staff were so polite and the check-in/check-out process was very quick and easy, The breakfast room has various options, cleanly maintained and they kept serving a nice and hot coffee.

The water stopped working in the middle of the night for 5 hours the second night of the stay. It was a major inconvenience. I have yet to be refunded / offered any sort of compensation.

Comfortable stay!
We were on the road and stopped in late. The front desk was friendly, inviting, and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. For people who want a pristeen/updated property, this isn't for you. There is some wear and tear but nothing that spoiled our experience. Would gladly return on another trip!!

Shout out to Ms.Maggie for her custom service! Beautiful smile very pleasant and welcoming . Room was outdated need an upgrade on the decor! I had a leak from the A/C wich was taken care of right away (another shout out to Ms. Maggie for making sure it was resolved) Not everyone eats pork, need a beef or Turkey continental breakfast meat substitution!! My overall stay was a 4 out of 5

One night stopover on an east coast driving trip. Efficient staff though not exactly friendly. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, adequate self-serve breakfast. Near a shopping plaza with several chain restaurants for dinner.

This is an old, dated property that may have been 3 stars back in 1975. Needs a complete renovation. And stay away from the so-called Fitness Center since it smells. Check-in process was painful, and front desk staff was not helpful.
