"Stuck in Houston overnight during the TSA strikes. Just trying to get home after an international flight and they just decide to close the checkpoints at 10 at night. Booked the hotel online while I was already in my Uber. Desk agent checks me in while I’m on the phone with the airlines. Doesn’t even need to ask me a question — takes my ID, hands me a room key, says “You good.” Had to get back in the TSA line at 430 in the morning. Dropped my card at the desk, walked out. I’m in bed sleeping 20 minutes after being turned away from TSA. Efficient, easy, fast. I don’t know what else you could want from an airport hotel. "

"We were not able to stay for the breakfast so I have nothing to report about that. The Front desk ladies were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself pretty much needs a complete overhaul. It is very outdated. The room was clean however. The hotel’s website makes the rooms look much nicer than they actually are. For the price you can’t ask for very much more."
