"Overall, the service for this hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly, engaging and helpful. My cousins and I especially appreciated the kindness and awesome service given to us by Renea, Deborah and Andrew... all of whom we concluded are the hotel’s best assets! Area of concern: Toilets could be updated to be more accommodating for seniors. The seats are TOO LOW and the flushing function a little slow. Please install taller commodes for easier access to avoid leg cramps and pain. "

"Breakfast was a good variety to start your day. The hotel was close to Canal street and was easily walkable. Enjoyed the fact that I could have parked ($34/night) and this gave me the peace of mind to enjoy New Orleans without having to worry about parking. Rooms did have a wet smell. I’m guessing from the fact that the sink is in the bedroom and the water on the cart will give it that smell. This could be easily fixed by removing the carpets. But everything was fine. "
