"It was clean it was conveniently located close to shopping areas next to the expressway making very easy to visit different places in the area, the staff was outstanding and very friendly Arita was very welcoming and attentive keeping the eating area clean at all times, very pleasant I highly recommend this place, thank you for making my stay a positive experience "

"The stay was average. Gave 4 stars overall. The biggest issue was the customer service. Checking in and out was surprisingly interesting. When we checked in I had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. Eventually somebody came out of the office connected to front desk. Individual was in a personal call, never disconnected the call during our encounter. The employee ONLY spoke to me to tell me where the elevator was located! Checking out was a little better regarding we didn’t have to...

"Our room was on the first floor next to the elevator which we heard every time it moved. Light around mirror only worked on one side. I was waiting to talk to front desk and as soon as she finished with person in front of me she put up a sign that said staff was not available and would return shortly. She said nothing, just put up sign and walked away."
