"We stay at Cheyenne’s Guest Inn all the time and it never disappoints. Even with a very late check-in, the front desk gentleman was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful — exactly what you want after a long day of travel. We definitely miss our usual pretty counter ladies, but he did a great job and made us feel just as taken care of. This place continues to be our go-to whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms were very clean and the hotel had great amenities but the staff hit the ball out of the park! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Wonderful group of people!!"

"We reserved a pet room. The room was on the lower level - where all pet rooms are. This was great because we did not have to mingle with other guests who aren't keen on pets. We did not notice any parties, loud guests or the normal sounds you hear in a hotel during the entire week of our stay. Hotel staff, top notch, every day - every shift - and we were there for an entire week. Breakfast was what you would expect in terms of qualify, but hot items were hot, and there was always plenty of everything. Finally, I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff seemed to work so hard to keep the facility clean and tidy. If I am ever in Cheyenne, would stay again and would recommend it to anyone else thinking of staying without any reservation or pause. 4.75 stars. My only gripe - the internet, even on the hotel wifi was SLLLOOOOWWWW!. Fix that and 5 stars all day long. "
