Nice place but a few things amiss
"I booked this on the strength of it's rating but found that a few things weren't quite right... Examples: The door did not lock from the inside, there is an Ill fitting bolt on the door but the key was misaligned with the handle so could not be properly locked, The bathroom window did not close fully, ..."

We went to sail in a Regatta on Welton Water and other than visit a couple of pubs in the evening did not do any other sightseeing. The 2 pubs were cheerful and the staff friendly. Drinks were cheaper than in the south but food about the same price
