"Neighbours in next unit , possibly long stay, talked till midnight then started again before 5am., when I informed them I was trying to sleep. I requested to be moved, which the staff assisted me to do. Neighbours in nxt property have a barking dog plus a guy further up William St was calling out from 230 till 330am. So very little sleep for the 2 nights. First unit , the sliding door to the bathroom didn't work. 4 star rating? Maybe 3 Star is better."

"The property is in a good location, but the appliances are too old. The allocated room in the apartment is in a corner, which is not as good as the other apartments' rooms. The bed frame and fridge cap are broken or scratched, and putting the bed mattress protectors adge in the middle of the bed, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep."
