"Great location with convenient coffee shop downstairs, rooms are perfect sizes and beautiful views of the city. Ample elevators available as I went for the Pittsburgh marathon and although busy, I never had to wait."

"The hotel is in the middle of major renovations. No mention of this on any of the websites. No front desk only a phone number to call. Attendant had to let you into your room, key card system was down. The place is a mess. Seems this property has been purchased by Holiday Inn Express. About 10 rooms in the back of the building were available. Other guests I talked to had no idea the construction was going on. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves. Don't stay here anytime soon."
