"First time to Male and I should have done more research. I figured the location being close to the beach would be great but phase ii island is under lots of construction and doesn't have the services that phase I has so this is a great location if you want steps. The noise from construction and the road noise was constant. The room cooled well, but the bathroom stayed a little warm. "The location is great and the marine life is breathtaking. Oblu are doing a great job protecting the marine life growing new coral gardens and educating guests on sustainable tourism. This was all why we chose the hotel but what really stood out for us was the staff and the Maldivian hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were met with a smile.
