"needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend."

"Super cosy cottage with everything you could wish for. Super communication from Sue who kindly informed us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. Extremely comfortable and clean. Lovely village with amenities and buses to York. Park and ride option just a short drive away by a great designer outlet. "SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well.
