" We had a wonderful time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Everyone from golf cart driver to cleaning services greeted us with a smile and kindness. The pools were clean and had activities. The gym was functional and spa was relaxing. Additionally, all staff were attentive and knowledgable. Yeraly was great and Steven helped immensely with restaurant reservations. The guest services were great at accommodating any request. Overall, beautiful scenery and an amazing stay."

"We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. "

Drivers Heiner and Nelson made our transportation around the resort personable and enjoyable. We were treated as friends rather than guests. The head concierge Josue was attentive to our every need and the ultimate professional. "
