The room we recieved smelled horrendous. We had a pet so we were put in a pet room and it smelled like urine terribly. We didn't change rooms because we needed to be on the first floor. Pool area was not kept clean. Employees were nice

None of the plugs worked in tub or sink, had a lot of noise, and didn’t like bathroom setup. Didn’t feel particularly safe in this area, especially when taking small dog out at night.

The outside of the property looked a little underwhelming; however the inside was very clean and any questions I had were answered promptly by the staff. Breakfast was very enjoyable; simple but good!

This building needs to be torn down, the carpet has this terrible smell and it’s patched up with duct tape, the room itself like smells like mildew. The AC blows under the curtain and not towards the bed, just pretty gross overall. The toilet paper is like bottom shelf quality.

Though the actual building is worn, the bathroom could use an update. The linens, pillow, mattress, and towels were all clean. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

I the shower curtain rod was broken out of the wall and the bathroom door knob was missing a screw so not attached great to the door. The caulking around the tub was brown and missing in some places. The staff was very responsive when I brought it up

Our room rate was very reasonable, however, it meant our room door was literally inches from the exit door to the back parking lot. The room doors do not have a tight fit in their frames and the walls are not sound proof. The bathroom sink was new but the drain stopper did not work properly. The bathtub was very old and stained.
