"I had the corner lake view room and it was so beautiful definitely a 10/10"

"Check in was easy. Hallways on room floors seem old but room was well kept, new looking hard floors (not carpet) in the room, clean beds & bathroom, very spacious closet. A/C didn’t blow hard so if you need that sound or air movement, bring a small USB fan (room wasn’t hot though by any means). Had a few questions and the night security team were very helpful. Great stay, no complaints!"

"We loved that this hotel was right in the heart of downtown Chicago. It was about a one mile walk to the Chicago River along Michigan Avenue. City bus service was also easily accessed a block away. The staff was lovely. The suite was fully outfitted with everything we needed for prepping light meals. We would certainly stay in this hotel again."

"Great hotel if you appreciate having the convenience of a kitchenette. I wasn’t expecting the refrigerator to be that big! Very helpful! Plus real dishes so we didn’t have to use plastic cups/ spoons etc! Great for leftovers and takeout. Love the dinette table on wheels. Well thought out room design! Very comfortable! Very walkable to dining, shopping, Michigan Ave, etc. "
