"The staff is excellent I give the staff 10 Stars but the owner gets maybe two stars the rooms need to be remodeled you cannot have carpet down and then put carpet on top of it the height stains and you have to clean the carpets they have something called faux wood. Which I recommend putting in the rooms and you can put throw carpets on top of it.... And the windows need to be washed.... Other than that it's okay... For the price of $140 a night"

"When we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. We spoke with the housekeeping staff, who cleaned the room very quickly, but unfortunately it was still not properly clean afterward. I raised the issue with the housekeeper, and she seemed unhappy about the complaint and began speaking in Spanish, apparently assuming that I would not understand. Proper bathroom cleaning is essential. The toilet was dirty, which is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to hygiene standards. Greater care and quality in room cleaning are clearly necessary."
