"Beautiful new hotel. Great location central to all things downtown. Our concierge at check in was amazing and the champagne was perfect. We were upgraded to a suite for our stay and it was a beautiful room, lots of room to move around and the bar area really worked for us. "

"The hotel is located next to a very popular bar. We stayed there on a Friday and Saturday night in April and our entire family was awake from midnight until 2:30am as the bar outside was too loud. Do not stay at this hotel, we were on the 4th floor and couldn't sleep for hours. Absolute disaster."

"This is one of the worst stays I have ever had. It is a very dirty, run down hotel that appears to be not cared about at all. The outside of the property was not well kept; trash in parking lot, food, cigarette butts everywhere including right at the entrances. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were disgustingly filthy. It was dusty, stains on towels and sheets. The walls were paper thin. You can hear people stomping above and slamming doors in the halls and even conversations in other rooms. Everything about this place screams they dont care. On the phone we were told they didnt have a deposit and then they charged a $100 deposit at checkin for something so nasty and completely not worth it. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else. Id rather sleep in my car."

"The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking."

"Desk Manager terrible (Sherria), rude and not helpful. Unpleasant attitude and dismissive of any concerns particularly billing!. Charged me a 20$ fee and a $40 fee for what was suppose to be $20 nightly for incidentals? She is offensive and unprofessional... "
