"Bathroom dirty, carpet not clean, banging noise all night "

"We got locked in the elevator for over 45 minutes. We finally pushed the door open and was able to get out. We was on the phone with the elevator company but they never showed up. The hotel couldn't refund our room money because we booked through Expedia. No one called from the motel either to explain how they could make it right with us. "

"We weren’t in town for any good reasons, just for family in the hospital, but this hotel and its staff made our stay in Sioux Falls so much better. Everyone was so friendly and smiling when we passed them in the halls and at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was definitely one of the best we have had at a regular hotel and the staff wrote fun notes on the yogurt cups and banana peels; there were also smily faces on the oranges. Overall, the vibe was exactly the positive energy we needed during this stay :)"

"The property is dated and the rooms are smaller than average. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. My room was very clean. Everything functioned and nothing was broken. The staff was very friendly."
