"Breakfast was same everyday scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon with bread and waffles.
Good thing is coffee is available throughout the day.
Room is ok. Bathrooms are not good. Showers are pathetic.
Night time sleep is hampered often by the Tran passing behind the property. That’s the location issue. "

"Never stayed there. After 3 days awake in airports due to weather canceled flights, I Googled “Affordable Hotel with breakfast and fitness room in Jacksonville, North Carolina.”
Then Expedia populated with “Best Western Jacksonville Inn” and I booked a room for 2 nights.
Exhausted, I then drove to Jacksonville, North Carolina only to learn Expedia’s advertising left out “Illinois,” which meant my booked location was a 15 hour drive away.
The booked property pointed to Expedia and Expedia pointed to the property and I am simply the loser who will NEVER, EVER use Expedia EVER again.
Neither would you or the folks at Expedia who place a higher value on rejecting my refund application than keeping me as a customer.
Rules smules. You AND Expedia’s brass would want their money back."
