Pros: spacious, good amenities, quiet than we thought even on main road, washing machine with dryer, lots of board games, suitable for family stay, nice and quiet village, use Northallerton for all supports but not in the village Cons: need better and professional cleaning, dusty around, only 4 teaspoons, need more toiletries and toilet papers, need curtain or blinds to cover family bathroom (exposed to outside), garden needs serious tidy up, need lighting above dinning table (we rely on sunlight from one side, luckily in summer). It got potential to be a better holiday home. Overall we enjoy the stay. 4 adults, 1 teenager, summer.
