Staff are helpful, make you feel welcome. Very nice people. Especially the man who I think he’s the manager on the shifts funniest guy ever such a lovely guy! Security are great.! Toilet flushing is a problem but they do sort it out or move you to another room. Good security- feel safe. Beds are ok; we slept fine using the extra pillows available in the room. TV / channels perfect.. No fridge! BUT, you can ask at the bar for ice bucket to keep drinks cold - especially water!!!!
