"Hotel is nice and in a good location for what we need. Fridge wasn’t up to temp on arrival, had to pull it out of cubby to turn up. Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. Ice machines on floors 4-6 did not work, that’s was a bit frustrating. Overall plus is cleanliness and check in process."

"It’s an older model inside. The interior could use some updating. The doors to the rooms are not tight fitting it shows alot of light coming in from the hallway. Kids running up and down the hallway in the evening. Not quite"

"Did not like the parking. Lot of construction in the area. Safety to from the assigned parking was a concern at times. The rain didn't help the situation either. During the construction period a small shuttle to the parking lot would help. A multi passenger golf cart would be ideal."

"Nice rooms, fridge available, comfy beds and decent showers. Only problem is no elevator for 2nd floor. And heavy doors to go through. Friendly helpful staff. Decent price. Right on the P20 bus line. Lots of restaurants in the area and Holyoke Mall is like a 5-10 min bus ride from the hotel."
