"The staff was so lovely, the bed was comfortable but the mattress had a Huge stain in the side and the shower curtain had mild on it."

The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. We also felt safe during our stay, both in our room and around the hotel, which is something we really value when traveling. "Weird grinding noises at 6am but otherwise great."

"The location is great but I dont think our bathroom had been cleaned in awhile... like hair in the shower, on the floor and the back of the toilet to include noticable dried up urine when you close the toilet lid. I did veeify it was hair or dried up urine in both places with tissue and it was... when house keeping came around, I asked if they could.come back that we would be gone between 9-5. He said maybe. I asked the front desk if they could make sure they did come back and clean our bathroom. They did come back to give us clean towels and coffee but did not wipe.down the bathroom which is when I verified it was dry urine vs a stain around the toilet lid and hair on the floor."
