"Had to walk go to front desk to get items for kitchen, towels and toiletries. No staff available to deliver items to room. The breakfast was pretty basic. Will be booking somewhere else or an air b nb."

Difficult to unlock room door...one key did not work. Only one regular coffee in room. Bed on for wall has severe depress or broken spring. Close to Cleveland airport was only positive. "

"Wonderful expat the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Cleveland! The facility was clean, restaurant was delicious and reasonable and the staff were friendly and accommodating! I would stay there again without hesitation if I venture back to Cleveland"
