The food is not at the level of a 5 stars and lot of kids shooting with parents with shorts and flipflop at the restaurant but we really enjoy our stay and many thanks to the team and Thiago who upgraded us. "Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. My husband would say the room needed a slight redo in paint, and a bit of cleaning (front door had hand prints, AC vent had chipped paint) etc and I can say I don't disagree. All in all the room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly even to us NY'ers struggling to speak Portuguse. The pool staff, buffet staff, lobby staff were all so friendly. Only...
