Fui com boas expectativas, principalmente porque o atendimento foi realmente muito bom — os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, e isso faz toda diferença. They wanted me to pay again when I arrived at the lobby’s reception even though I had already paid via expedia because they claimed that what I paid was a deposit.
