"I have only one thing I can suggest, is this- Usually, if I arrive, say 2hrs ahead of 3pm check in, at other hotels, they will assign me a key & pw. Then ask we give them however much time they need to clean it up. The clerk was very nice & tried to compensate that he would get us the first room ..."
