"The only negative comments I would make is our shower dripped even when turned off and it did not drain very fast. Otherwise the rooms are very clean and maintained. I like the fact that they offer a small refrigerator and microwave. Also the breakfast is nice, not just cereal but a hot breakfast. Would be nice if they would change it up a little bit we were there for a week and it was the same each morning. Otherwise the whole stay was very pleasant and located nicely to the highway."

"Kayla is one of the best people I’ve dealt with at check-in. She’s quick to respond if anything comes up, always accommodating, and always has a smile when I come to town. Customer service matters to me, and she’s a big reason I try to stay here exclusively. Brandy recently joined the team and has been great to work with, too. I look forward to getting to know her more. They both bring an energy you don’t find at many hotels in North Kansas City. I’ve spent the past four months in this area and stayed at the surrounding hotels. The Ramada’s amenities are better, and the price is competitive. After a long day, the jacuzzi rooms are absolutely worth it—and they have four of them! The pool and hot tub are clean and open until midnight, which is a huge plus. Some neighboring hotels don’t have pools, and others have had theirs closed for months. That, along with the people here, keeps me coming back."
